TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and REU Enterprises LLC dba Real Estate Untold, ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website (www.zerotofirstdeal.com), registering for any free or paid program, purchasing any product or service, or joining our Skool community, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Services Offered
Real Estate Untold offers real estate investing education including but not limited to:
Free live challenge events (the "Zero to First Deal Challenge" and similar programs)
Paid accelerator programs including the Zero to First Deal Accelerator
Digital products including worksheets, templates, deal analyzers, and guides
Private community access via Skool
Live group coaching calls and deal review sessions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice to participants.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in any of our paid programs. By using our Services you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Pricing
All prices for our programs and products are listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount due. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

4.3 Recurring Billing
Some of our Services include optional recurring monthly memberships (currently $97/month for continued community access after the initial program period). Recurring charges will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your access to paid Services may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you of failed payments.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and programs and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital products, challenge registrations, accelerator programs, or community memberships once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

In exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, we may issue a partial credit or alternative remedy. This is not a guarantee and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Program Access and Delivery

6.1 Digital Access
Upon purchase of a digital product or program, you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check for access instructions promptly after purchase.

6.2 Live Calls
Live group coaching calls and deal review sessions are held on scheduled dates. If you are unable to attend a live call, recordings will be made available inside the private community where technically feasible. We do not guarantee recordings for all sessions.

6.3 Community Access
Access to our private Skool community is granted to paid members only. You agree to abide by community guidelines including treating all members and staff with respect. We reserve the right to revoke community access without refund for violations of community standards including but not limited to harassment, spam, or sharing of proprietary content outside the community.

7. Educational Purposes and No Guarantee of Results
All content provided by Real Estate Untold is for educational and informational purposes only. Real estate investing involves significant financial risk. Nothing in our programs, content, calls, or communications constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
Results shared by participants — including testimonials and case studies — are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, personal effort, capital, experience, and other variables outside our control.

You acknowledge that real estate investing carries the risk of financial loss and that past results of other participants are not indicative of your future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

8. Income and Earnings Disclaimer
Real Estate Untold makes no guarantees of income, profit, or financial success from participation in any of our programs. Any examples of earnings or results shared are exceptional cases and are not representative of average participant outcomes. Your results will vary based on your effort, experience, market, and many other factors.
We are an education company. We teach strategies and frameworks. Whether and how you implement those strategies is entirely your decision and responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services — including videos, course materials, worksheets, templates, scripts, slide decks, written materials, and any other proprietary content — is owned by REU Enterprises LLC dba Real Estate Untold and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our content for your own personal real estate investing activities. You may not:

Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content to others

Resell or sublicense our materials

Share login credentials or community access with non-members

Use our content to create competing educational products

Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REU Enterprises LLC dba Real Estate Untold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or participation in our programs, including but not limited to financial losses from real estate investments made after consuming our content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Estate Untold, Anthony Wilson, and any affiliates, agents, or employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Prohibited Conduct
In connection with our Services, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information during registration or purchase

Harass, threaten, or demean other community members or staff

Share, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary content outside the community

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose

Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other participants

13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any or all of our Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access our content and community ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for terminations resulting from violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

15. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and by updating the effective date on this document. Your continued use of our Services after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Estate Untold regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18. SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and registering for any of our programs, you consent to receive SMS and text message communications from Real Estate Untold. The following terms govern our SMS communications.

18.1 SMS Use Cases
We may send SMS messages for the following purposes: (a) challenge and event reminders including session start times and schedule updates; (b) registration confirmations and access instructions; (c) community announcements and program updates; (d) promotional messages about upcoming programs, products, and services offered by Real Estate Untold; and (e) customer support communications in response to your inquiries.

18.2 Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] with your name, phone number, and a request to be removed from SMS communications.

18.3 Customer Support
For help or support regarding SMS communications, reply HELP to any text message or contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to support inquiries within 24 hours.

18.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications. The frequency of messages will vary based on your program participation and activity. Real Estate Untold is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

18.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Real Estate Untold is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or otherwise affected by carrier network conditions.

18.6 Privacy Policy
